The Zen Bloom Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We operate from Canada and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up or join our community.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Content you create: recipes, ingredients, events and notes you save inside the dashboards and calculator.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location).
- Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 3.
2. How we use your information
- Deliver the products, dashboards and memberships you’ve signed up for.
- Process payments and send order or membership receipts.
- Send you the emails you’ve opted into (newsletter, content drops, member updates).
- Improve our site, content and customer support.
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (login, cart, consent preference).
- Analytics & marketing cookies — anonymous analytics and a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. These only run if you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing your browser’s storage for this site.
4. Third-party services
We share the minimum personal information required with trusted service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
- Flodesk (or equivalent email provider) — sending email newsletters and member updates.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement, only when you consent to analytics cookies.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and appropriate data-processing terms.
5. Where your data is stored
Your information is stored on secure servers that may be located in Canada, the United States or the European Union, depending on the provider. By using our site you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any information that’s inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your account and personal information.
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails or analytics cookies at any time.
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children
Our products are designed for working florists and small-business owners. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business grows. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
