Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how memberships and recurring plans work at The Zen Bloom Collective, including renewals, cancellations and refunds. It applies alongside our Terms of Use.
1. How subscriptions work
- Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
- Your subscription starts the day you complete payment and renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You are charged using the payment method on file via Stripe.
- Prices and included benefits are those shown at the time of your purchase or renewal.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We will email you receipts for each renewal. If a payment fails, we will retry the charge for up to a few days; if it still fails, member benefits may be paused until billing is resolved.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime in one of two ways:
- From your Member Area → Billing, click “Manage subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel.
- Or email help@zenbloomcollective.com from the address linked to your account.
When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, you will not be charged again. We do not prorate refunds for unused time in a billing period.
4. Refunds
- Memberships: non-refundable once a billing period has started, because of the immediate access to downloadable content. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
- One-time digital products & content packs: non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If your price changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
6. Pausing or downgrading
Need to take a break? Email help@zenbloomcollective.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate a short pause or a downgrade instead of a full cancellation.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription for serious violations of our Terms of Use (for example, sharing logins or redistributing our content). In those cases, refunds are at our discretion.
8. Contact
